I have been engaging Helpee to provide homecare services for my mother who is recovering at home from a critical health crisis. I have so far had the experience of 4-5 caregivers from Helpee assist my mother in last 4+ months. While there has been a bit of a skill difference across the caregivers, all of them have been very compassionate and empathetic towards my mother. They have always been cheerful and quick to adapt to the physical as well as emotional needs of the patient.

My Mom is an Alzheimer's patient and needs constant care. We have hired help staff from different organisations, but always had some issues. We tried helpee for the first time and must say, we were pleasantly surprised. The main coordinator Asha was very helpful and understood our needs quickly. She explained everything very clearly and assured us that if there were any issues they would replace the help staff immediately which was quite reassuring.

The carer from Helpee has been working to help my mother aged over 70 years for the past month. The carer is punctual, takes good care of her hygiene, administers medicines as per prescription, keeps her engaged with activities, takes her for walk, accompanies for hospital appointments and serves her food on time as prescribed in diet plan. We are very satisfied with the professional service from Helpee and hope they continue to maintain the same standards.
